One of the county's most wanted men was brought back to Fremont after nearly nine months on the run.

While Bellevue Municipal Court wants Huron County to pay $99,000 for bills not sent from 2002 to 2006, the city court is also demanding $123,000 from Sandusky for 2002 through 2007 bills.
